We estimate it will take you 20-25 minutes to set up your flower wall, and recommend having two people present. Once the frame is set up, the hanging wall panels have a fabric backing that are attached by ties and are secured together with zippers.

Based on the size of your rental wall, it will come with 4 or 5 panels that are stored in large black bins. The frame is included and will break down for easy packing & transporting. A standard SUV will be more than enough room for transport.

To reduce the rental cost, you are responsible for picking up and dropping off your rental. A PDF and video tutorial will be provided for installation. The pickup address will be provided one week before your scheduled event. One person can pickup the flowers, which will fit in a standard SUV. And we recommend two people to assist with set up. We can offer delivery & installation at an additional cost. Please contact us to give you a quote, should you need this service.

Yes. The rental fee includes the flower wall frame. It is made from durable aluminum with an adjustable crossbar designed for quick installation. We also have base weights for outdoor events - please inquire to secure if needed.

Our flower wall rentals have a 72 hour rental period. This gives you time to pick up, set up and return the flower wall before and after your event. If more time is required we will try to accommodate your schedule around other bookings. Please ask, we're always happy to discuss!

We offer various sizes that are specific to each flower wall. Typical sizes include: 8ft x 8ft, and 8ft x 10ft.

Pricing and availability is guaranteed when the agreement is signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining 50% payment will be due one week before your scheduled event. Flower Walls VI requires 100% payment prior to pick up. Flower stands are included in the rental rate.

Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, However, cancellation outside 30 days of your rental day will result in your deposit as a credit for a future booking. Cancellation within 14 days of your rental day will result in your deposit as non-refundable.
